Responsibilities:
The Cercle Biomedical Graph™ is rapidly increasing in size, with unique data engineering challenges related to managing multiple data modalities (medical records, lab test and cell image biological data, and genomics data). 
- We’re looking for Machine Learning Engineers of all levels to accelerate building our AI Agents. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing state-of-the-art AI Agents using large language models.
- We’re looking for Data Engineers to scale up our data ingestion capabilities and bring industry best practices to our data storage, ETL pipelines, and vector embedding generation pipelines. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing components of our datapath. 
- We’re looking for Full Stack Developers of all levels to drive end to end development of our AI Agents, platform and tools

Qualifications:
We are flexible on the number of years since we are hiring at all levels. Even at junior levels, work experience in one or more of the following areas is essential: machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, data mining, artificial intelligence, or related technical fields.

At all levels, here are some qualifications we value. Experience with: 
- Building and shipping high quality work and achieving high reliability
- Developing machine learning models at scale from inception to business impact
- Scripting languages such as Python, Javascript and Go >> ALT: Knowledge developing and debugging in C/C++ and Java, or experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, PHP, and/or shell script
- Frameworks Pytorch and Tensorflow for machine learning
- Skills with Unix, SQL and terminal 
- Fine-tuning LLMs and building applications with them 
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent in English, Cambridge C1-C2 level.
- Experience with Jira is a plus 
- Experience with Graph data structures / technology is a plus

For more experienced engineers, we’re eager to talk to you if you: 
- Have lead a team from a technical perspective to develop ML best practices and influenced engineering culture
- Developed highly scalable classifiers and tools leveraging machine learning, data regression, and rules based models
- Thrive on coding deliverables in tandem with the engineering team
- Experience re-evaluating the tradeoffs of already shipped features/ML systems 
- Driving large efforts across teams to reduce tech debt 
- Enjoy adapting standard machine learning methods to best exploit modern parallel environments (e.g., distributed clusters, multicore SMP, and GPU)
