Our AI platform and tools work together to unlock insights for women's healthcare companies. Current and future customers range from clinics and labs to hospitals and pharmaceuticals. We are seeking exceptional sales leaders to partner directly with the COO to scale revenue and refine the GTM go-forward strategy.

Given the technical nature of this product and the target customer profiles, we’re highly interested in B2B start-up leaders with experience selling AI technology to Healthcare customers (payors, providers, pharma, etc.) 

This is an opportunity to co-shape the future of women's healthcare.

Key responsibilities:
1. Manage end to end Sales Motion for Cercle’s initial customer profiles in the women's health space. Our customer focus today ranges from large fertility clinic networks to pharma companies and labs that are passionate about closing the women’s healthcare gap while driving superior business results. 
2. Identify new business opportunities and target accounts through market research and analysis 
3. Understand client needs and challenges to effectively position our solutions as a means to address them.
4. Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a consultative approach to selling and a smooth sales-to-customer success handoff
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to healthcare audiences.
6. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Provide regular sales reports (forecasting, pipeline health, etc) and present to senior management, highlighting progress and challenge as well as key metrics on revenue, customer acquisition, etc..
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the women’s healthcare sector.
9. Use insights to refine sales strategies and enhance product offerings.
10. Work closely with business development, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product features, and customer satisfaction, as well as co-create a playbook (e.g. pipeline management, stakeholder maps, account plans, CRM)

Qualifications:
-5+ years of sales experience in B2B Healthtech
-Proven track record of selling to large enterprise customers in the healthcare, technology and/or pharmaceutical sectors.
-Familiarity with EHRs or EMRs a plus.
-Entrepreneurial, ‘no task too small’ mindset befitting Cercle’s current stage of growth 
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to establish rapport with multiple customers and internal team members
-Highly organized and a fan of creating repeatable processes
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
-Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including regulations, challenges, and trends.
